When we meet, I'll guide you through the candidate yoga therapy pieces I selected for you. Because I see your condition in 'real-time', I often calibrate these pieces on the fly to suit you - think of it like getting a tailor-fit in the moment!
These pieces may include: coordinated movement with your breath; an exploration of breath rhythm adjustments; and mental focus exercises.
I will be examining and assessing how you are with your breath.
We'll extract and build a simple practice of the pieces you like and see yourself doing consistently.
Many clients are surprised to discover that we can create a practice that drops neatly into their busy schedule!
My rate is $100 per session plus any facility rental usage rate. To save on your cost, I can come to your facility of choice (your home is also an option). Sessions typically last for about one hour.
In order to ensure that your energy & focus (as well as mine) are at their best for these sessions, I will only meet during daytime hours.
