Step 3: How do we track the effectiveness of the therapeutic practice?

You'll try out your new practice on your own for about a week.

 

We'll check in again to make sure that you are heading in the right direction. The idea in the following sessions is to calibrate and optimize your therapeutic practice in order to reduce the incidence and intensity of your pain problem.
